Remote Support

With A+K Remote Support (powered by logmeinrescue.com) we are able to provide fast and secure web-based remote assistance to help diagnose and solve problems you may have with your AV solutions. All you need is an internet connection and we can remotely assist you with your interactive technology.

eno Product Training

To ease the learning curve, we offer have a number of optional training packages available for users of the eno interactive whiteboard technology, ranging from half day to refresher training. These sessions are carried out by a certified training. 


eno training package 1

Half day introductory training session held at your premises. Sessions delivered by PolyVision certified trainer. Covers Getting Started and Using eno with Common Applications.

eno training package 2

First training session as per option 1, followed by a discussion with your designated trainer. This will lead to a second, customised session at a later date, in which your specific needs are addressed in detail.

eno "Refresher " training

The ‘Refresher’ training is an option to schools who have already had package 1 or 2 delivered. Refresher is general conversations applicable to both options 1 and 2. Sessions last up to half a day.
